Use

   Request Delivery Supplying - online tracking system. Web-based Request list in order to ensure you better communication and collaboration between client and provider.

    The Request list could be sent from client to provider, from staff to manager, from staff to supplier, from supplier to provider. Many other relations are possible.

   RekTrek gives you opportunity to insert non-stop new and new positions, according to your needs. In the same time your recipients receive a full vision of the same request list, so they can start realize your needs right away.

   RekTrek is suitable for all kind of activities and organizations, such as hotels, shops, stores, restaurants, administrations, offices, also industrial and production structures, building sites, manufacturing and trade companies and many others.

Team work

   You can add many assistants into your account by registering them from Administration. Assistants can help you fill the request list with New positions. Their entries will not be seen from the recipient until are not Approved  by you. Assistants can also fill the request list with information what is actually sent or received.


Forwarding

   You have received a request from someone, but you want to forward it to someone else? Than choose your sender from Incoming, select the positions you want to forward and choose button Forward selected, after that you need to fill the e-mail of your recipient and click Send to Provider. You need one more step to ensure yourself that everything is correct (you can also edit the text) and ready to be sent, so choose your recipient from Outgoing, select again the positions you just have forwarded and choose button Approve selected.

How to ...?

   How to create a request?   Choose New request tab. To create a request you need to type the e-mail of your recipient. After that you need to fill your first position of this request in the fields below. Pressing Create button your new request is ready to use. To enter another position in this request you need to choose this recipient from the list inOutgoing

   Once created your request exists like a permanent conection beetwin you and your recipient. You dont need to create it anymore but just fill new positions in it.

   How will recipient see my request?   In order to see your request, the recepient need to register itself, by your advise or, anyway it will receive automatically created e-mail with a link and instructions how to do it.

 

Options

 

   You can remind  your provider by e-mail that it has a request from you. Pressing Remind button the system automatically create and send (to the recipient of your request) an e-mail containing the following message:
